When Macy and I were in New York two years ago, this was were we ate lunch right after we arrived. Disappointed by the long line and having to wait, we were delighted at the food we got! On our return trip, Macy and I wanted to go back for a 'shake shack burger' because it was that good. Not disappointed this time either, but it was much chillier that day than we would have liked and waiting in line seemed to take a long time when you are shivering with the cold. You can see they have heaters installed over some of the tables and we were lucky enought to snag one. It helped a little but we still ate fast.
