What else are you going to do on a snow day but bake and cook?? The library closed at noon awaiting the hurricane force winds that were predicted and I decided to get some tasty pastries out of the freezer and warm the house with the oven. It worked!!

ahhh great minds and all that...
the bread just came out of the over a bit ago :) smells amazing, and somewhat distracted me from the wind blowing outside, and the fact that school is late tomorrow.
I need a vacation!
