Macy's boyfriend, Zach, got his braces off a few weeks ago. He had them on longer than anticipated partly because of his parent's dental insurance changes and partly because the plan was to get the braces of and do jaw surgery to realign his bite. He kept putting off the surgery part and finally declined and had the braces taken off. I've never known him without the metal in his mouth. He has a nice smile now. I hope his mom agrees - she paid for it!!
Also, since he turned 16 on March 17, he now has his own car. It's quite frightening to see your child ride off with another "child" behind the wheel. Oh, they grow up so fast and think they are invinsible. Drive safe and buckle up kids!
