A Most Incredible Journey

As many of you know, my friend Donna told me about a trip she was taking with other ladies from her church and invited me along. As she told me about this trip, I was hooked! They are going to stay at Flathead Lake Lutheran Bible Camp in Kalispell, Montana. I love that area! I signed up to go as soon as I could clear my schedule at work.

We leave one week from today! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. There are 12 ladies going. We are driving straight through to Kalispell, stopping at Devil's Tower on the way. While at the camp, we will be sleeping in tents, sleeping under the stars, doing the high ropes course, sailing on Flathead Lake, whitewater rafting and hiking on Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park. I CAN'T WAIT!!

As excited as I am about the trip, I am nervous and feeling guilty about leaving my family behind. Will they be ok? Will they be nice to each other? What kind of mess will the house be in when I get home? Will John be ok? I just need to trust that God will keep them all safe and it will be fine. Who knows, maybe they'll learn to like each other and help each other when I'm gone. Miracles do happen, right?
