My girls
As I drove home from spending the day with Emily, I couldn't help but think about how happy she is and how proud I am of her. She's come through some pretty tough times and has been able to put it in the past and gain from the experiences she's had. She's strong, courageous and beautiful and I'm so thankful she's my daughter!
How lucky can I be to have another amazing daughter in my life? I love her smile, her strength, her courage, her generous heart, her laugh and her talent. I love her. A lot. As her Junior year of high school quickly comes to an end, I'm wishing I could freeze time. I promise to savor every moment and can't wait to see what her future holds. It's going to be good! Emily's friend, Asha and her roommate as well as Em's friends from Briar Cliff, Nathan and Alyssa drove to Sioux Falls to watch as well. It was fun to see everyone support the tennis team.
